Janette Capaci, Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner, recently joined the practice of Bayside Gynecology.  She provides general gynecologic care with annual exams, and a focus on women’s health issues.

Janette received her Masters of Science in Nursing degree with honors from Saint

Louis University, in Saint Louis, Missouri.  She completed her graduate clinical training with clinical providers in the surrounding communities of south Sarasota County.  She is Nationally Certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners

Janette has served the community of South Sarasota County as a health care provider for over twelve years.  She is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society, Sarasota Council of Advanced Practice Nurses, American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and ANAC.

Janette is a strong advocate on women’s health issues.  She encourages women to be informed, active participants in their healthcare decisions.  Her experience as an instructor and adjunct faculty at Manatee Community College place patient education as a primary goal in her treatment plans.

Janette is an active participant in the WOMAN Challenge, Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure and 3-Day Walk and encourages all women to become involved in community awareness events.
